Other than a few minor quibbles – the visuals get choppy during the cutscenes between play and the Blacktop mode is a throwaway collection of uninteresting minigames – we’re utterly delighted with 2K’s latest ode to the hardwood.Besides, with the promise of Living Rosters and an always-impressive set of online options, there’s plenty to keep us entertained. MOST people use the Datel Transfer Kit (.99), but you also need a Memory Card (64 MB, usually .99, iirc). The problem is, it costs you about a game to buy the needed materials.Magic never gets old (although we gotta say that Larry Legend’s mug doesn’t really do the man much justice).NBA 2K9 is the closest thing yet we’ve seen to a total hoops package.Shot styles, free throws, and post-up moves are simply awesome.

NBA 2K7 is a basketball simulation game developed by Visual Concepts, the makers of the late NFL 2K series.
I just had a look at all the recent signings/trades etc and did exactly what they did minus trading the picks, and players who aren't in the game.
I don't really worry about the scrubs that are on like 70- overall rating because they don't have much of effect on the game.
